That focus is the point. You work directly with the person doing the build, with no account managers, no handoffs, and no ramp-up. WHO IT'S FOR: Companies that want AI working across their operations, a continuous build program rather than one tool, without adding headcount. WHAT'S INCLUDED: - A standing request queue: you submit builds, I work one active build at a time, with weekly progress updates on whatever is in flight - Any system in our catalog (invoice recovery, lead conversion, executive dashboards, knowledge systems, outreach engines) plus custom builds scoped to your operations - Delivery expectations set per build at kickoff, so you always know what to expect and when - Maintenance and iteration on everything I've shipped to you, for as long as you subscribe - Direct async access (Slack or email) and a monthly operating review CAPACITY: To keep every client's build moving, I take a maximum of 3 subscription clients at a time. When those seats are full, new starts go on a waitlist. NOT INCLUDED: Hardware procurement, bookkeeping or data entry, staffing or managing employees, and any work unrelated to your operational software and workflows. THIRD-PARTY COSTS YOU PAY DIRECTLY: Individual builds may rely on third-party services (LLM APIs, sending platforms, enrichment providers, hosting). You hold those accounts and pay them directly. We name the costs for each build at its kickoff before anything is built. BILLING, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION: The subscription bills monthly via Stripe on your start date and renews on that date each month. To stop, say so before your renewal date and you aren't billed again. There is no annual lock-in. THE REMEDY: If a build you request turns out to be infeasible, I tell you immediately and credit or refund that month rather than bill you for work that can't ship. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Book the discovery call. We map your operations and agree on the first build priorities. 2. You get the priorities and terms in writing; a private subscription checkout link follows after the call. 3. The first build starts within one week of kickoff, with weekly progress updates from there. The subscription is scoped on the call before any payment. The first month's plan is agreed in writing before you're charged.
