THIRD-PARTY COSTS YOU PAY DIRECTLY: The voice platform bills per minute, roughly $0.10 to $0.20 a minute, and SMS bills per message. At typical local-service volumes this usually runs about $50 to $250 a month, depending on how many calls and texts you handle. These are billed to your own account at cost. VOLUME CAP: The retainer covers a call-volume ceiling we agree at scope (typically around 500 answered calls a month). Anything above that ceiling passes through to you at cost. DELIVERY: Live within 14 days of scope confirmation. Includes 30 days of post-handoff support and one revision round. THE RETAINER ($1,000/mo) After handoff, $1,000 a month covers monitoring the agent, fixing failures, and iterating on the script, objection handling, and qualification logic as you learn what converts. It bills monthly starting at handoff. Cancel anytime: tell us and you aren't invoiced again. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Book the implementation call. We map your inbound channels and write your qualification script together. 2. Fixed scope and price in writing; private checkout link after you approve it. 3. We train the agent, then run a simulated-call acceptance test against the bar we agreed before launch. We confirm your stack on the call. You hear the agent handle simulated calls before it ever talks to a customer. If it can't hit the bar we agreed, we say so and refund in full.
