The system builds and runs the outbound; your team closes. THIRD-PARTY COSTS YOU PAY DIRECTLY: You hold the accounts and pay these directly: - Enrichment and signal providers (Apollo, Clay, and similar): roughly $50 to $350 a month depending on tier and data volume. - Sending platform: roughly $40 to $100 a month. - Extra sending domains: about $15 per domain per year. New domains go through a warm-up period before they reach full send volume, so output ramps over the first few weeks rather than starting at peak. DELIVERY: Live within 21 days of scope confirmation. Includes 30 days of post-handoff support and one revision round. THE RETAINER ($1,500/mo) After handoff, $1,500 a month covers monitoring deliverability, fixing the pipeline when a provider or domain has issues, and iterating on targeting, messaging, and signals as you see what lands.
